Quality cornerstone of aging workshop
The first floor of Building B and the first and second floors of Building C jointly form the aging workshop of Lianjin Optoelectronics. Special aging racks are neatly arranged on site, and each display screen is subjected to 48-72 hours of continuous lighting testing, while simultaneously carrying out precise brightness and chromaticity calibration. Through the dual guarantee of "long-term testing+refined calibration", we eliminate hidden dangers in product operation from the source, ensure stable performance of the display screen in long-term use, and build a "double insurance" for product quality.
Display the source of precision in the heart
The SMT precision manufacturing center on the second floor of Building B can be regarded as the "technical core engine" of LED display screens. As a key factor in determining product image quality and stability, this area is equipped with multiple imported high-precision surface mount machines and fully automatic printing machines to achieve ultimate precision mounting.
By strictly standardizing and controlling every component of the LED chips, the high consistency and yield of the driver module are fundamentally guaranteed, laying a solid foundation for excellent performance of the entire screen.

B. The third floor of Building C is the box assembly and GOB intelligent manufacturing center. We deeply integrate high-precision box structure manufacturing, load-bearing beam assembly, and advanced GOB technology here. Committed to achieving the ultimate flatness and precision of the box, ensuring that each finished product achieves excellent levels of structural strength, sealing performance, and visual performance. Combined with the efficient delivery capability of producing 50000 boxes per month, it fully meets the large-scale and personalized customization needs of global customers for various sizes and specifications of boxes.
Precision intelligent manufacturing with dual advantages of quality and efficiency
The fourth floor of Building B is a module processing area, which integrates precision assembly of the bottom shell, fully automatic machine glue filling, precise fitting of the face mask, and multi-dimensional testing. This area adopts fully automatic glue filling technology to ensure uniform distribution of glue, achieve excellent sealing performance, and effectively improve the waterproof, dustproof, and anti-corrosion capabilities of the module. Meanwhile, through standardized soldering processes and rigorous module performance testing, we ensure that each display module meets high standards in terms of structural integrity and sealing reliability.
